*Please Note: All of our precut tint kits are custom made to order for you which will usually take 1-2 business days. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days in addition to the shipping service you select.
UPS (No Deliveries on Saturday or Sunday)
UPS Ground:
2-6 "Business" Days to arrive after your item is manufactured and shipped.
UPS 2nd Day:
Average of 2 "Business" Days to arrive after your item is manufactured and shipped - usually arrives in 3-4 business days after the order is placed, but can take longer)
*UPS 2nd Day is NOT A UPS GUARANTEED SERVICE. We are not able to refund shipping costs for late deliveries by UPS on their 2nd day air service.

UPS Overnight:
One day to manufacture the order and then one "business" day via UPS Overnight to arrive - (Usually arrives two business days from the order date)
UPS Transit Time From UT (Add 1-2 Days for Order Processing Time)
USPS (United State Post Office)
USPS First Class Mail 3-14 Days (USPS offers no delivery guarantee/commitment)
USPS Priority Mail 2-4 Days (USPS offers no delivery guarantee/commitment)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Our Returns Policy
Precut film kit return policy:
We accept returns within 30 days on "unopened" Precut Tint Kits that are still in "new" condition. We do not accept returns on opened film kits. Because all tint kits are custom ordered with custom shade selections there is a 25% restocking fee applied to all returns. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.) otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
*Please do not send opened or damaged film back to us.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
