Overall great customer service and quality film , ceramic and works well, feel cooler, i just wish i knew it had a greenish tint to it. Unlike my factory back windows which carry a more brown one, still great choice.

Replacement
I retinted my entire truck, and this was my first time trying tinting myself, so as you would imagine, I made a few mistakes, but we all learn from the mistakes we make. It is good to know the owner understands this and offers a reduced price for replacements for those that do what beginners do. He even took the time to readjust my final cost when I ordered the wrong size window brow and had to reorder the correct size. Technically it wasn't a replacement, but he understood what happened and made the adjustment to my credit card without a fuss. I already recommend his business to friends and coworkers. Providing good customer service keeps and earns loyal customers.
